MaestroCrew is a work app for service businesses: their team asks questions, gets answers, jobs and documents, and the owner hears about what is urgent and about new customer leads. This page says what MaestroCrew keeps, why, and who else handles it.

Who decides about the data

Each company that uses MaestroCrew owns the data it puts in: its people, questions, answers, jobs, documents and leads. MaestroCrew keeps and processes it for that company, to run the app for it. If you work for a company that uses MaestroCrew, ask your company first; you can also write to info@maestrocrew.com.

What we keep

Your name, your role and the language of your app; your phone number and email address when your company adds them.

What your company’s team writes and adds in the app: questions and answers, photos, documents, jobs and their notes, and the activity that shows who did what and when.

Customer leads a company receives: the name, phone, email, address and message a customer sent, and the notes and steps the company records. When a company turns on its phone agent, its calls’ summaries and, unless the company turns them off, their recordings and transcripts.

Sign-in: a session per device (a cookie only this site can read, and the device type, such as “iPhone · Safari”), and, for a company owner who turns on alerts, the browser’s push address for those alerts.

When someone asks for access: their name, email, company and phone, to decide on the request.

Sign in with Google

When you sign in with Google, MaestroCrew asks Google only for your name and email address (the openid, email and profile scopes). We use them only to sign you in to the company that added your email, and to show your name. We keep your email address and name; we do not keep your Google password or Google’s sign-in tokens, and signing in gives MaestroCrew no access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts.

MaestroCrew’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or let people read it except to run the service, for security, or when the law requires.

What we do not do

No advertising, no selling or renting of data, and no analytics or tracking: the site and the app set only the cookies they need to keep you signed in. The app also keeps a copy of your company’s screens and your unsent changes on your phone, so it works without signal; signing out removes them.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts the app, its database and its files, in the United States. Google handles the sign-in when you choose it. A company owner’s alerts travel through the push service of their phone or browser (Apple, Google, Mozilla or Microsoft), encrypted; they name the crew member and, unless the owner turns it off, show the start of the question on the lock screen.

Only when a company turns them on: Vapi runs its phone agent and its call recordings, and Google Calendar receives the inspections booked for a sales rep who connects a calendar. When voice lessons are turned on, an owner’s recordings are transcribed by Cloudflare Workers AI and the transcript goes to Anthropic to draft lessons for the owner to approve.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

A company’s data stays while it uses the app. Its nightly backups are kept for 35 days and weekly ones for 12 weeks. A company owner can download all of its data at any time (Settings → Company data) and remove a person’s access at once.

When a company leaves, we delete its data, and its backups as they expire (within about 36 days). To ask what we keep about you, to correct it or to delete it, write to info@maestrocrew.com.

Security

Every company sees only its own data, at its own address. The app is served over HTTPS only, and sign-in links and sessions are stored only as one-way hashes.

Children

MaestroCrew is a work tool and is not meant for children under 16.
